Delivery and payment

01Where we deliver
1.1. We deliver anywhere in Romania by express courier. Each bottle is packed individually in a protective box so it arrives intact.
1.2. For delivery outside Romania, please write to office@epalinca.ro before ordering.
02Delivery time
2.1. Orders are dispatched on the working day after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on location and courier. You receive the order confirmation and the parcel tracking number by e-mail.
2.2. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 18).
03Delivery cost
The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before payment, and appears as a separate line on the invoice.
04Age check on delivery
4.1. We sell alcoholic beverages, so the parcel is handed over only to persons aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for ID; if age cannot be verified, the parcel is returned to us and the price of the goods is refunded.
05Payment methods
- Online card payment — Visa, Mastercard; payment is processed securely by the payment processor, card details never reach us.
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier in cash or by card when you receive the parcel.
5.1. All prices are in Romanian lei and include VAT. We issue an invoice for every order, sent electronically and, where applicable, through the RO e-Factura system.
