Wild-fruit palinka — the wild line

Blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant: small, fragrant fruit with little sugar, which yields very little spirit. A single litre of wild-fruit palinka needs 20–25 kg of fruit, which is why the Zekulhyda wild line is made in tiny batches and limited quantities.

The result is an intense, elegant palinka where the fruit leaps out of the glass — the blackberry palinka that took gold at Quintessence 2026, raspberry with its unbeatable aroma, seasonal strawberry and blackcurrant with its fine note of mint. Serve lightly chilled, never from the freezer.

Frequently asked questions

How much fruit goes into a bottle?
The wild-fruit palinka — blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant — needs 20–25 kg of fruit for one litre of spirit. That is why these are made in small batches and cost more.
How should palinka be served?
At 18–20 °C, in a tulip-shaped glass that concentrates the aromas. Do not keep it in the freezer: the cold hides the fruit. Let it rest in the glass for a minute before the first sip, then enjoy it in small sips.
Do the spirits contain sugar, flavouring or colouring?
No. Every Zekulhyda palinka is 100% distilled fruit, with no added sugar, flavouring, colouring or alcohol. The colour of the Barrique spirits comes solely from ageing in wooden casks.
How do I store the bottle, and how long does it keep?
Upright, in a cool place, away from direct light. Palinka does not spoil: a sealed bottle keeps for years, and once opened it holds its aromas for months if the stopper is tight.
